It’s that time of year, where fitness becomes a 2020 priority and products skyrocket in sales.
People who are so desperate for change, and refuse to confront what they are putting in their mouths everyday become sold on the emotional aspect of 2-, 3-, 6-, and 12-week “transformations”.
Internet marketers alluding to some highly coveted proprietary solution to all their fat loss problems, in a matter of “DAYS”.
And when those designated weeks are over, people are left with the responsibility to maintain something that is physiologically impossible.
You can starve anyone once; beyond that is one messed up physiology.
My 12-month coaching programs cost less than my 3-month programs for a reason.
Commitment is hard when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Especially when everyone is promoting rapid fat loss and I am like, “Hey! Come join me for a year to learn sustainable lifelong solutions.”
It isn’t as instantly gratifying, but neither is repeating the same 3-week protocols over and over and over.
Even less instantly gratifying? The fact your body will make it extremely difficult for you to lose weight in the future if you have a history of yo-yo dieting.
The long game isn’t a popular one.
Transformation photos should include the year after as well. Those are the really impressive ones.
Where do you think all those people who dropped 27 lbs. in 3 weeks are now?
They have probably metabolically rebounded 27+ lbs.
I feel a tremendous responsibility when I take a client on.
For their health, their emotional well-being, and their future.
if I don’t know the answer, I know someone who will.
Please encourage yourself, friends, and family to go into 2020 with a 12+month plan, not 12 weeks.
People overestimate what they can do in 12 weeks and underestimate what they can do in 12+ months.
If you have tried everything, can’t get results, and feel lost: I’m here for you.
If you even know what to do but need to be held accountable: I’m here for you.
