It’s that time of year, where fitness becomes a 2019 priority and products skyrocket in sales.
People who are so desperate to make a change are sold on the emotional aspect of 3-, 6-, 12-, and 21-week transformations.
When those short-term programs are over, people try to maintain those results which, more often than not, are not possible long-term.
You can starve anyone once before you really mess up their physiology.
My 12-month coaching programs cost less monthly than my 3-month for a reason:
Commitment is hard when it comes to fitness. The long game isn’t a popular one.
Transformation photos should be the year after. Where are all those people who dropped 17 lbs in 3 weeks? Unfortunately, more often than not, they gain some of the weight back, plus more.
I feel a tremendous responsibility when I take a client on:
For their health, their future, and their emotional well-being.
I spend hours poring over data and research to make sure I don’t miss anything.
If I don’t know the answer, I know someone who will.
My point is, please encourage yourself, friends, and family to go into 2019 with a 12+ month plan, not 12 weeks.
If you’re lost, felt like you’ve tried everything, and can’t get results, and need help: I’m here for you.
