A Message From Ali
4 years ago, I looked around and thought, “Wait… why the hell isn’t there one legit event just for men’s health?”
There wasn’t a single event that brought together legit medical pros, top-tier coaches, and business minds—all focused on men’s health. So I said f*ck it, and built the one we all needed.
And yeah… I made it fun. Because if I wanted to sit through dry slides and awkward networking, I’d go to a medical conference. Silverback isn’t that. You’re not that.
Now we’ve got guys flying in from across the globe.
Generation Iron’s filming a documentary about us, and people leaving the event like,
